All classes at The Base are conducted under the watchful eye of Professor Paul Sondrini. Paul has traveled, trained, and competed all over the western United States since he began Jiu-Jitsu 13 years ago. Paul received his black belt in 2017 after moving to Boise to train under Mitch Coats. Since his promotion, Paul has continued to improve himself both technically and competitively. He's competed in and won IBJJF and on the local circuit tournaments. He continues to improve himself through travel, training, seminars, as well as private lessons with the big names in the sport.
